I try to warm up properly daily before playing every evening but i still have difficulty. Can you please suggest me some ideas for proper warm up ?

We have a whole range of warm ups in our Training Secrets Revealed DVD. The DVD goes through a full set of warm ups that you can do to get yourself ready to play.
Start with things like a slow jog and then progress to different dynamic stretches that will warm up the muscles and get you ready for training or a match.
Make sure that you warm up so that you get the most out of your session. In this video we present a sample warm up routine.
