Hi Pingskills! I want to increase my speed of my arm movement when serving. How can I do that?

Hi Xariuz,

Think more about increasing the speed of your wrist.  this is much faster than the arm movement.  Keep the wrist relaxed and flick it through like you are cracking a whip.
