In ping pong what strategy is the best the atack or the defence strategy??

Hi Salkstap ,
In general you should try to attack first. Being defensive is more difficult.
Both however can work as long as you develop your techniques for both of these strategies.

As a defender you need to keep the ball low and deep, use variation of spin, speed, and placement, and attack occasionally.
