Strategy
Hi Alois and Jeff, Currently, I can play FH Topspins,Third Ball Attacks and others, well. But, I have started to practice BH. I thought that I should be all rounder. When I was watching videos of top players, I saw that they are using FH more than BH. They use pivot FH mostly. For me, What to do? Should I go to practice and learn BH or sharpen the FH? Or Both?!!! I usually play 3 hours everyday. In which, half time(morning) for coaching and practicing and another half time(evening), I play for me. We have a tournament season after 5 months, so I believe that I have enough time to practice. The answer will be helpful to me and my players. Waiting for your early Reply...Thank You!
Hi Jaydev,
You should work on the backhand side as well. It is too difficult to play all forehands because the ball travels too fast. If you can develop your backhand, you will find the game a lot easier. This may take time to incorporate into your game but it is worth it.

Thank You, Alois! Today, after reading the answer I tried to play Bh topspins, but I lost easy points. Though, the success ratio was 30%. Here, there is a dismal position. One, if I try to play BH topspins, I may be succeeded and later on, I can improve it. Two, I lose points and games against such players, who aren't capable of defeating me and by losing against them, I think, I lose the confidence and control. Bh topspins and control of the game, both are equally important. What should I chose right now? Thank You, and Waiting for the reply...!!!
Hi Jaydev,
You could try using it only in matches where you know the result. For example against a player that is much lower standard than you or one that is much higher. Use it also in practice matches.
