Hi,

i often do backhand chop. occasionally, slow spinny topspin comes back. My chops go high on the end of the table, how to return low backspin ball?

Hi,

To get the chop lower you need to have a more vertical stroke.  Also think about keeping your hand softer to absorb some of the speed and spin on the ball.

Take a look at our tutorials on the Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop for more help.
