Can i know how to keep the ball low when opening balls.

Hi Sandra,

Playing a low first topspin is difficult but is can be effective.  The main thing is to experiment with the angle of your racket and trajectory of the ball to get this to happen.  Don't be worried about making some mistakes into the net when you are training.  You need to find how low you can go with the stroke initially.  I see a lot of players always hitting the ball too high but not challenging themselves because they are afraid to make a mistake.
