Hi Rahul,

It is a matter of practice.  You do need to do the stroke thousands of times. Wat is happening when you hit the ball?

like the balls go out. and whene there is a backspin ball i think i dont lift the ball properly.

Focus on getting a good topspin contact.  You can get the ball to travel quite high over the net.  The topspin will bring the ball down.  Do the stroke slowly to start with.
