Hi Alois and Jeff,

I'm not good at looping, but I do know how to execute it. Unless, its a forehand loop.

I don't know how to execute a backhand loop? How do you do it?

Hi Cloud,

The principles are the same for the backhand.  Take a look at the lesson we have on the Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.  This is the stroke that you need to focus on.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
