Hi, I've just finished watching the vid.
Can you please clarify the best point at which to make contact in relation to the trajectory of the ball ie on the rise, top of the arc, on the down?

On the return of serve it is best to hit the ball closer to the top of the bounce so that it is up high enough near the top of the net.
For the counterspin you can take the ball as it is rising but again fairly close to the top of the bounce.
