Whenever returning a serve, i a doubt in my mind whether it should be played on forehand return or backhand return.

Is there any point to be considered to take a decision to play a backhand or forehand.

Hi Satheeshkumar,

You need to consider whether you have a stronger forehand or backhand return.  Then find a point in relation to your body where you will play forehand and where you will play backhand.  It is almost a line you will draw for yourself.  You need to practice in this area a lot.  Get someone to serve a lot of balls to this crossover area so that you get a lot of practice in making this decision.
