Hi, for your video on backhand push, does the ball contact the bat on the bat's top, middle or bottom? Thanks.

Hi JinMeng,
The contact for most of those is in the middle of the bat for more control. When you want more spin you can contact closer to the bottom.

It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
