Hey Alois,

I noticed yesterday when i was attacking with backhand topspins the ball curved from right to left. My friend who was playing me said that everytime i attacked with backhand the ball curved that way. I notice that this happens when i implement wrist when attacking. Is it good or shall i change it and when is it usable. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kyriakos,

I think it is good to learn a topspin with pure topspin on it to start with.  This will give you the best chance to get the ball on the table and also develop stronger strokes later on.

After a while you can start experimenting with some sidespin as well.
