I have seen you guys talk about not tensing your arm during a stroke, but what about the body? Should we relax our feet too? Or should they be tensed?

The legs need to work hard but not tense up. If you tense any part of your body you are basically working wrong muscles and almost fighting against yourself.
Being relaxed is important for the whole body.

Ahh I see. I got leg cramps this morning maybe because I tensed my legs up. Thanks :)
