Is it possible to do a really hard backhand smash, like in the forehand when you need to jump and smash the ball really hard?

Hi Chris,

This is possible but not an easy shot.  It is better to move around and use your forehand smash.  You will be able to get your arm up higher on the forehand side to cope with the higher ball.
