I have 2 questions.
1.Please Give me good serve,i am 14,and I Can't execute ma lin serve,pendulum serve,please help.
2.I don't know which blade and which rubbers I can use. ??? :)
Hi Ivan,
There are lots of serves that you can try out there. The one I like to start players with is the Pendulum serve.
With this you start in a side on position and have your elbow up high at shoulder level. Then swing your forearm through like a Pendulum. On the contact brush the ball so that you can make it spin.
We have a good video and explanation on our Serving Secrets lessons but this is a simple explanation that you can try with first.
To have a look at the Ma Lin serve take a look at this. How to Execute the Ma Lin Serve.
Your bat depends on your budget. We recommend the PingSkills Rook to start with. Then you can progress onto a Custom bat after that. What are you using at the moment?
