Hi,
I have a problem using my backhand...every time the ball goes to my left side i cant use my backhand..can you give me some training methods to nourish my footwork and my strokes production.

The next thing is to make sure you are moving behind the ball when playing these strokes. If the ball is on your left side, move over so the ball is in front of you. The footwork movement is to jump to your left. The other critical thing is to have your feet square to the table. If you are turned too far to face your forehand side, the backhand will always be difficult.

Finally, we'll guide you through practical drills to enhance your proficiency and consistency with the forehand push, ensuring you're well-prepared for your next match. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this tutorial will provide you with the tools to master the forehand push.
