Hello Sir,

My Name is Rahul. Sir I am trying to learn table tennis . I had learnt basics live serving and placing the ball in opposite court . I haved learned it in 2 days sir. Then I have to quit because of my exams.After2-weeks when I've started to play iam facing many problems . Could u plz give give me tips to start it again and to continue it.

Hi Rahul,

Always go back to basics.  So think about just placing the ball on the table consistently.  If you need to, slow the shots down even more.  Once you have built up consistency, perhaps 30 shots in a row, you can speed up a little bit.

Rahul just start with some counterhits they are the best basic practice I also started with them and now I am a state level player.

thank you sir... It's my pleasure to get a comment from you. Sir what are basic counter hits ..?? Its just countering the ball which Is cmng to me or to hit it aggressively.?

Mainly use the speed already on the ball and play the stroke we show you in the lesson on the Forehand Counterhit.

hello sir,

i am a table tennis player in my school i say your video in youtube but then also i am not getting spins so can you please help me sir

To get spin you need to brush the ball.  Work from the basics and slowly add a little spin to the ball by altering the contact slightly.  It may take some time to get it but keep working on the stroke.
