Sir can you tell me the basics for a sidespin and how to create a heavy one? And also i wanted to know how we can practice alone?

Hi Rahul,
The basic idea is to brush across the ball. You can brush across the back of the ball or you can brush the side of the ball to generate the sidespin. The main thing is to get the ball rotating on its vertical axis.
