Hi Francisco,

If you are training 6 days a week for 2 and a half hours then it is now a matter of making sure what you are doing on the table is focused.  Make sure you are working on a particular aspect of your game in each session.

Just maintain your work.  It takes many years of consistent work to become a professional.  It is worth the effort though.

At home you can practice your serving.  Get a bucket of balls, about 40 to 50 is good and work on your serving.  Again work on a particular aspect of what you want to improve.

For Premium members we have a 52 week Training Plan that you will be able to follow.  This sets a focus for each session and goes through several aspects of the game.
