Hi coach, this is Wayne again and I just wanted to ask if how can I be in the mood for playing or how can I be in a good shape for playing? Is there anything I can do to be in the mood for playing.

Hi Wayne,

Motivation has to come from within yourself.  It is not something that you can manufacture and maintain.  If you are not in the mood for playing then you just aren't.

It will depend on your goals.  If you have a set goal in mind that you are really striving for and you know what you need to do to achieve that goal then you will have the motivation or be in the mood.
