Hi Alois,

I know that when I' m playing a stroke I have to be stable with my feet. Unfortunately, during the hit I' m still moving and the problem is that I' m not in a good position. I try to place my body well but I can' t see where the ball is going. At first I think it' s ideal ball but suddenly I realize that it comes right into the body and then I haven' t got time to react with my feet. Is there any exercise that you can recommend me that doesn' t involve multiballs, in order to improve. Thank you a lot!!

Hi Nasko,

Do more footwork drills where you know where the ball is coming.  This practice gives you a better understanding of getting your body position correct and stable.  You can slowly start to do more random footwork drills again but always go back to drills where you know the direction of the ball.  It improves your ability to move correctly and judge the distances.
