Hi Prashant,
It depends on the player. The best serve is the one that your opponent doesn't get back. You need to experiment with different serves and see which ones work best for you.
My favourite is the pendulum serve but other players have different favourites.

Variation of Speed
Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.
