Blade and Rubber Combination

hi coach... i was wondering if this combination can work nicely.. i play with a defensive blade which is not that fast but i still love it but i wanted to know if i use some faster rubbers on it if it will suit well to mix up some offensive strokes as well? i dont like very fast bats because i play all rounded but i like my current blade and would like to enhance it looking forward to some advice.. thanks...

Hi Fiaz,

That is perfectly fine to use an offensive rubber on a slw blade.   Some people prefer the control feeling from the balde and still be a able to generate some spin and speed.

You could also go a for an allround balde with a slower rubber.  This is totally up to your own tastes.
