Hi Alois,
This is your friend Naren from Suva, Fiji. I am interested to learn more techniques towards forehand/backhand smashes. Having said this I need a DVD that shows smashes in a raw that is ruthless with offensive power. Some thing that shows step-by-stap on how to deliver killer smashes that will annihilate any opponent.
