Blade versus rubber

Dear Alois

How much does the blade count for in overall performance versus the rubber. Is it 50/50 or less ? Thks

Hi Teddy,

I think the blade is about 20 to 30% of the performance.  The rubber is far more important.  I often put reasonable rubbers on a very cheap blade for players to play with.
