Hi Jeff it was a pleasant morning playing table tennis with my friends im a blocker as a blocker I must be vulnerable. To change of spin and speed. Hi Israel,
Try to lift the ball al title when they play with a punch. The ball will feel heavier so adding a little topspin lift will help you to get the ball over the net.
