Hi Jeff it was a pleasant morning playing table tennis with my friends im a blocker as a blocker I must be vulnerable. To change of spin and speed. I cannot deal to my friends forehand punch and backhand punch drive the trajectory of the ball was straight the spin was dead and low can I ask a question how to be vulnerable to punch drive.

Hi Israel,

Try to lift the ball al title when they play with a punch.  The ball will feel heavier so adding a little topspin lift will help you to get the ball over the net.
