How can you be more efficient in blocking?? Because sometimes the ball goes to forehand but it goes in the reversed way. How can I be more ready about it? Thanks

Hi JoeMarie,

The forehand block is a short and simple stroke.  Think of it as a little forehand.  You need to use the pace of the attacker and just use the angle of your bat to return the ball.

If you haven't already seen it take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Block

To be ready for the block you need to watch the ball very carefully when you are playing.  This will give you the most time possible to react to the ball.
