Sir, whenever my opponent gets a high ball, he obviously smashes, How can I understand the direction in which he is going to hit? If my ball goes a bit out of the table, he puts a topspin, how to know where he is going to put the ball?

Hi Nilanjan,

The best information comes from watching the ball carefully.  If you can do that, you will see the ball earlier and be able to make a decision as to where it is coming with the best information possible.
