I always have trouble bending the body while playing?. how can i rectify it? What are the ways to rectify it?

Hi,

You need to do some stretching for flexibility.  Do some basic stretches of the legs and arms to start with.  We will be covering stretching in our upcoming DVD "Training Secrets Revealed".
