Hi,

Table Tennis uses all the 5 components of fitness.  Strength, Speed, Power, Endurance and Flexibility.

You need to tackle all of these to achieve your best.

Some basic strength can come from weight training, speed from fast agility runs, power from explosive jumping exercises, endurance form running up to 5 kilometers, and flexibility from stretching.

There are so many things to do with all of these areas.  Try to get to a professional that can help you out.
