i have a really good shakehand and penhold but sometimes i face opponents in which i can only use one grip to win or maybe im using one grip but in order to do a unique serve i must use the other grip. so i was wondering if changing grips is allowed during mid game, maybe even mid rally

Hi Ahmed,

You are allowed to switch grips but I don't recommend it.  The game becomes too fast to be able to do it effectively.

You can modify your grip slightly during a rally but changing from shake hand to penholder and vice versa take too much time.
