Can we play with both of our hands

Hi dear

It has became many times in my mind that:

If we always play just by one hand, so just that hand improves and our other hand doesn't and can't so, Can we play with both of our hands the same time for example:

We will take two racket in our two hands and start the playing.

I think it is so good and beneficial because we can improve both of side of our body.

Hi Mohammad,

This is interesting.  In a match you can only have one racket in your hands so it would not be good for a match situation.  However as you say it can be good if you are looking at it only from a physical perspective.  A lot of Table Tennis players develop one side of their body more than the other which can be detrimental.

If you are thinking about it being better for your game, you would be better off spending that time working on your correct hand techniques.
