Can't get dirt off my bat!

Hello PingSkills!
How do you remove dust and dirt from your rubber? I tried to clean my inverted tacky rubber with a damp spoonge but it is still there. I wipe the water off with my hand afterwards, as my friend recommended. It doesn't work though!
Please help PingSkills as I have an upcoming tournament and the dust is affecting my play!

Hi,
You could try using more water on it and a lint free cloth.
