Hi,

During the serve like any other time in the rally it is good to have your centre of gravity quite low to the ground for better stability and so that it is easy to stop and start with your movements.  By starting low with your body on the serve yo uwill be ready to move into position fast for the third ball.

Hi,

Just by bending your legs low you will be able to get your centre of gravity lower.
