Strokes
Hi every body
please describe me about body Center Gravity and its effect on the table tennis players.(especially in serves)
Perhaps it is not important, but I'm curious to know about it
thank you very much
Hi,
During the serve like any other time in the rally it is good to have your centre of gravity quite low to the ground for better stability and so that it is easy to stop and start with your movements. By starting low with your body on the serve yo uwill be ready to move into position fast for the third ball.
The forehand block is one way to counter a topspin stroke hit to your forehand side. Learn this stroke and you will be able to keep yourself in the rally even when your opponent get the first attack in.

Hi,
Just by bending your legs low you will be able to get your centre of gravity lower.
