Hi Alois,

I am an all-round player with long pimples on my backhand, but I want to change my style. Is it easier to be an attacker or defensive player? And which style of player can be easier to defeat opponents? Thanks.

Regards,

Sam

Hi Samuel,

If you change to Inverted rubber on your backhand it will allow you to attack easier.  However if you are used to the long pimples and you find that it is winning you points then it may be worth staying with it.

In the long run, it is easier to be an attacker, but it depends on your own game.
