Can you change from shake hand grip to penhold during the game or after a point?

Hi Kevin,
Yes, you are allowed to do this at any time in the rally or game. There are no rules about how to hold the bat.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
