Clothing Rules

Hello Pingskills,

While watching the ball carefully (all the time;)) i got another idea. I figured out can not see the contact part so well when the opponent uses his bat side which matches their shirt. thats for example black shirt- black rubber, red shirt- red rubber.

I think it leeds to an unnecessary disguise/advantage which have not much to do with the sport instead more with fight so i propose to forbid red or black clothing. May be introducing some rule like in tennis many years ago. allow for white, yellow,  green or blue so that you see the contrast.

What do you think about this?

Unfortunately the company colors of butterfly are exactly rubber colors, so i see no hope.

Hi Marcin,

I think the red and black are Ok but the white is difficult when you are playing with a white ball or the orange when playing with an orange ball.

Interested to hear others' thoughts.
