Hi i go to club but all i do in this club is playing against other players the coach watch us only is this a good club?

Hi Amr,

I think if the coach is watching and offering your advice about your game then it is worthwhile. You can learn a lot by playing with others and getting feedback.

It seems that this is a pre-requisite to becoming a good player. That's why in this training session we focus on improving your block. If you can absorb your opponent's attack you will be in a good position to win a match against them.
