Hi Coach, there's a table tennis tournament at my school at 9th December and I've been training girls from my class that's just started to play but until now I don't see any improvement at all, their percentage of just hitting the ball to the table is like 1 out of 10 and don't use the correct grip I told them,so my question is, can you tell me the tips in coaching them in a short period because they don't have many time to train even in Sunday and what should I teach them first?

Hi Ivandri,

You are doing the right thing.  You need to keep focusing on them being able to hit the ball on the table consistently.  Don't get too complicated with them.  Focus on them getting 3 or 4 ball son the table in a row.

Then focus n them serving well.  Just a fast flat serve to the corners is what you should focus on.

If you can do these two things with them they will improve.
