Hi Alouach Mohammed,
With players of that age it is a lot about starting to get them used to the bat and ball with lots of simple skills. If you can make the game fun for them they will keep coming back and be interested.
There is a TOPS program that I helped to develop many years ago. Take a look at the link. It will give you lots of information about working with the young players. TOPS Schools Coaching Manual . There is a section on Lesson PLans for Beginners starting at page 15. This may be useful. Take a look through the whole manual because there may be things of interest for you.
If you get pushed back from the table don't just give up the point. Try and and get back into the rally. By lobbing the ball high and deep you give yourself time to get into position. If you can then get some topspin on the ball to force the smasher further away from the table then you are likely to get a weaker smash and then you can take your chance and try to counter attack!
