when i do serves with heavy spin more than 5 times it starts paining in my wrist.........
what to do?

One possibility is to ficus on the tension in your wrist. If your wrist is tight it will hurt because your muscles aren't working in the correct way.
Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.
