Coming to the playing position after serving

Strategy

Sir,I just wanted to have your input on this topic.
As soon as I execute my service from one side of the table, I experience some kind of discomfort to come back into the ready position for the return.

With this happening, it also affects my shot selection a bit.

Can you help me as to how I should position myself immediately after my serve ?

Thank You :)

Hi Kaustubh,

This is an important part of serving.  You should try to make sure your serve action allows you to get into your ready position as quickly as possible.  This may involve compromising your serve or where you serve from.

Practice the serve and getting into position quickly during your training sessions.

Think about getting into the Basic Stance quickly.
