Hi Hasham,
Lots of questions there.
The Pendulum serve needs training. It is a matter of persevering with it until it gets better. If you have watched our Serving Secrets DVD you will see the technique. Keep working on the technique as often as you can and then see how it improves.
The same applies for your forehand. It is a matter of getting the technique correct and then work hard at mastering the technique so that you can play it at any time.
The backhand chop is a defensive stroke. You can use it when you are forced away from the table and you want to keep the opponent away from attacking tooo strongly against you.
Question actions
A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
