Strokes
What is your suggestion towards consistency for different strokes
i)i have a problem the while playing i am ready with my backhand and my friend puts a topspin deep in my forehand area which end up losing the point what should i do?
Hi Swaraj,
It is important to be able to track the ball well. If you do that rather than trying to predict where the ball is coming you will have better success and therefore be more consistent.
The key is to countering a chop block is to ensure you wait for the ball as it comes through much slower compared to a normal block. You also need to lift the ball more than you would against a regular block.
