I am becoming a good table tennis player but i am not very consistent how could i improve this?

Hi Elijah,

Consistency is a very important part of the game.  It reaffirms you technique and gives you the ability to play the ball on the table in a rally when you need to.

The best way is to set yourself some goals as to how many balls you are going to get on the table.  You can also use free download of the Consistency Chart from the site to keep a track of the number of balls you can hit in a row.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
