Hi Alois,

When I try the backhand topspin stroke the ball moves very slowly with barely any topspin, this is because of contact I get.  What is the contact point for this stroke because I'm not sure if mine is correct and even if mine is correct I'm not able to get the same contact consistently how do I improve this?

Hi Virgil,

You can contact the ball slightly more at the back of the ball if you want to get the ball faster.  The consistency of contact will come with more focus on the stroke and the contact point.  Focus first on getting the ball near the middle of your racket.  Then as you get more feel contact the ball closer to the leading edge of the racket for more spin.
