control rubber

Hi  I'm just asking what rubber can i use during training. i have tenergy 80 in my Harimoto bat but i think its fast for me.

Hi Eric,

That does sound like a fast set up.

I would go for a slower blade to start with.  Perhaps something that is All round speed.  Try this first with your Tenergy 80.  If this is still too fast then get a slower rubber. We tend to use Yasaka Rakza 7 as an option but there are a lot of rubbers in that speed category that will be slower than Tenergy 80.
