crooked blade

Hello Pingskills,

I have a Butterfly premade bat which I'm using for a while. Over the time the blade got crooked a little bit along the handle line. If I put the ruler across the bat I can see a gap about 1 mm at most between the rubber and the ruler. I'm an amateur player, will this affect my strokes? Is it something I can live with or I need to get another bat?

Thanks,

Pavel.

Hi Pavel,

This will effect your strokes smoewhat. If you can afford it try to get another bat.  The ball will be hitting your bat at different angles.  It also means that the wood may be getting soft.
