Training
In other sports, I've benefited from cross training (such as adding some swimming while training for track and field). Are there non-table tennis activities you recommend as part of a table tennis training program? Thanks, Jake
Hi Jake,
Running, swimming, weight training, even Tennis and other racket sports can be beneficial for Table Tennis.
I think different ways of maintaining fitness are a good way to break up training monotony.
Take some time to understand what are the weaknesses of one of your fiercest competitors. Once you know what they are you should design specific drills to help you exploit these weaknesses. Watch the video to find out how.

Thanks Alois! I lift weights two or three times a week and I think it helps my table tennis. -Jake
I am sure it would.
