Hi Alois,

I am an offensive player who has a problem with dealing with sidespin lobs, so could you give me some advice to deal with this type of lob? And best still, can you answer with a video reply?

Hi Linus,

I think the best thing is to wait for the ball to spin and then make a direct smash onto the table.  Don't rush your stroke.  You will have plenty of time.  You then need to move your feet into position to make the stroke.
